Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit.
  • Defective due to manufacturing faults.
  • Incorrect items shipped by our company.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unsterilized, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product must be provided.

Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or OEM products.
  • Private label or logo-engraved instruments.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
  • Sterilized or used instruments.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We will replace products only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly supplied.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment. Once an order has been manufactured, customized, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or manufacturing defect), we will provide instructions for the return and, where applicable, cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
